Shipping Information
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the order. We use USPS shipping services. In order to offer you the most cost efficient shipping rates, we do offer 1st class mail for all domestic and international orders weighing less than 13 ounces. 1 yard of quilting weight fabric weighs approximately 0.40 lbs. 1 yard of home decor weight fabric weighs approximately 0.60 lbs. The following are our shipping fees:
0 to 0.40 lbs = $2.55 first class domestic, (0 to 0.20 lbs = $2.55 & 0.21 to o.40 lbs = $3.50 Canada), (0 to 0.20 lbs = $4.50 & 0.21 to 0.40 = $7.00 International)
0.41 lbs to 0.80 lbs = $3.55 first class domestic, $5.00 Canada, $10.00 International
0.81 lbs to 2.40 lbs = $5.00 Priority domestic, $11.00 Canada, $13.00 International
2.41 lbs to 8.00 lbs = $11.00 Priority domestic, $25.00 Canada, $40.00 International
8.01 lbs to 12.00 = $13.00 Priority domestic, $30.00 Canada, $50.00 International
12.01 lbs to 20.00 lbs = $26.00 Priority domestic, $40.00 Canada, $55.00 International
20.01 lbs to 40.00 = $35.00 Priority domestic, $45.00 Canada, $60.00 International
40.01 lbs to 50.00 lbs = $45.00 Priority domestic, $55.00 Canada, $65.00 International

Up to 6 yards quilting weight or 4 yards home decor weight = $5.00 Priority domestic, $11.00 Canada, $13.00 International
7 to 20 yards quilting weight or 5 to 15 yards home decor weight = $9.80 Priority domestic, $25.00 Canada, $40.00 International
21 to 30 yards quilting weight or 16 to 23 yards home decor weight = $12.95 Priority domestic, $30.00 Canada, $50.00 International
An additional .50 cent handling fee will be charged for each shipment.
All international shipments are shipped USPS international priority mail. Estimated shipping time for International Priority Mail is approximately 2 weeks. However, it can take up to 8 weeks depending on whether or not the shipment is held up at a customs agency.
All international rates do not include customs fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receipt of shipment. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the fees and/or taxes that his/her country may charge.
Phat Fabric is prohibited by law to mark International shipments as "gift" in order to prevent any tax and/or custom fees from occurring.
We value speedy order processing, therefore we aim to process all orders within 2 full business days.
Phat Fabric is not responsible for packages once shipped. If a shipment should be deemed lost, we will provide you with a tracking number and do everything we can to locate your shipment. It is just as important to us that you recieve your fabric as it is to you.
